In the Name of God:
I Louisa Renno of the Borough of Butler Butler County and State of Pennsylvania, being in good health of Body, and of sound Mind Memory and Understanding Praise be to God for the same, Do make publish and declare this to be my last Will and Testament in Manner following, that is to say I Order that All my just Debts Funeral Expenses and the proving of this my Will be in the first place paid and satisfied, And After Payment thereof, I give and bequeath to my Son James Renno and to my Daughter Rosamond Renno, my Real Estate being a lot of Ground and Dwelling house erected thereon situated on West Clay street in the Borough of Butler Butler County Pa. to have and hold to same for themselfs (spelling unchanged) their heirs and assign in Equal shares forever, and further I order that said house and lot of Ground shall be and remain the home for my Son James Renno and my Daughter Rosamond Renno to live and occupy the same together if they remain Single until my Son James shall arrive of the Age of twenty three years if they can get along and live agreeable together, to pay All the Taxes Insurance and Repairs on said Property during such time, and pay after the arrival of my Son James of twenty three years the following amounts to my other Children viz. To my daughter Margaret the sum of fifty dollars to my son Elmer Renno the sum of twenty five dollars, to my son Fred Renno the sum of Twenty Dollars, and to my daughters Emma Darling, Ida Beerman, my Son Edward Renno and my son George Renno each and of the the (it is really there twice) sum of five dollars, further I order in case my son James and my daughter Rosamond Renno could not get along agreeable and live together until my son James Renno arrives at the age of twenty three years, I hereby empower my Executor hereafter named to sell said property make deed of conveyance for the same pay the Legacies mentioned here to for, and divide the Remainder of the Proceeds realized from said sale between my two children James Renno and Rosamond Renno in equal shares.
And further I five and bequeath to my Son Fred Renno one share or interest the same I bought from him in the Coal land situated in Buffalo Township Butler County Pa to him and to hold the same for himself his heirs and assigns forever. And my remaining five share or undivided Interest in the aforesaid Coal land I give and bequeath to my Son James Renno and my Daughter Rosamond Renno to have and to hold the same in Equal shares for themselfs (spelling unchanged) their heirs and assigns forever. And further I give and bequeath to my Son James Renno and my Daughter Rosamond Renno my undevided Interest in my Fathers George Rieger farm situated in Winfield Township Butler County Pa the same being Seven and one half Acres And I order my Executor in Six Month after my departure from this world to take steps and make Application to have said farm divided and sell my said Interest therein the Value of the same is from Seventy five to Eighty dollars per acre, and if any one of my Brothers or Sisters wants to buy the same to have the first chance to do so, and when sold my Executor to make Deed of Conveyance for the same, and out of the proceeds of same to erect a suitable Headstone to my Grave at a Cost of Forty Dollars and the Remainder to be used Educating my Children and maintaining my Children James Renno and Rosamond Renno.
And I do hereby nominate constitute and appoint my Son Fred Renno and Theodore C. H. Keck of Butler Penna Executors of this my Will hereby revoking and making void Any former Will or Wills by me at anytime hereafter made and declare this only to be my last Will and Testament.
In Witness I the said Testatrix Louisa Renno have to this my last Will set my hand and seal at Butler this first day of December A. D. 1909
